Characteristics:
steel rollers assembled on rigid radial single ball bearings.
On the tube’s body forced assembly of the blocked rings is carried out,
to the extremities that will be distanced via seeger. The rubber ring profile
is characteristic of these rigid radial ball bearings. Once this group has been
created, a uniform external profile is realised, which presents the belt with
a homogeneous convex surface. In this manner localised tension and wear and tear
are reduced, not foreseen in project stage. The ring is rubber and anti-abrasive
and able to be utilised in temperatures between -20° + 90°. These rings
are easily replaced. The ring buffers are supplied, besides the LP series, in
the LM and LMT series.
