Nuova Omec has been operating for more than 30 years now in the ceramic tiles district and similar fields, producing rollers for the process automation.
The roller-range covers the whole production process, starting from the conveyor-belts for row material to the end-line roller-sets for packed material handling.
All rollers can be supplied with different types of lagging: polyurethane, silicone rubber, rubber, PVC, synthetic rubber.
Nuova Omec promotes an active collaboration with the technical department of its customers, always looking for new and more rational applications of its products.
In 2004 Nuova Omec bought the Bologna branch of LanRul®, a well-known brand specialized in conveying bulk material on belts. This joint-venture allowed to improve the Company know-how for rollers production wherever logistic issues arise, from idle to motorized/clutched rollers, for light, medium and heavy loads.
The vast experience acquired all over the past years allowed Nuova Omec to develop and build its own machines and specific equipment for every kind of need and issue. A “research and development” department, together with specific machinery tools, grant Nuova Omec a self-sufficient production process. This means that it is possible to project and build both standard rollers and special items on demand.
The Company has a last-generation computing system, that can efficiently schedule and handle both small and big production batches. Nuova Omec can build rollers up to 160 mm diameter and up to 5000mm length; drums up to 500mm diameter and 1300mm length.
On the rollers market Nuova Omec offers a complete range with a reliable and competitive product. There are 25 people working in Nuova Omec, plus sales representative located all over Italy. Great flexibility, technical cooperation with the clients and rapid spare parts supply make of Nuova Omec a capable, suitable and reliable partner.
