Tapared Rollers

DRIVEN TAPERED ROLLERS

Use:
for transportation in flat horizontal curves where a reduced radius of curvature is required.

Characteristic:
steel rollers with tapered tube the ends of which, with a larger diameter, a double crown sprocket is welded. Assembled on rigid radial single ball bearings, of permanent lubrication, they are equipped with protections.

The standard tube is black, zinc plated on request and the shaft is, always on request, with tapered holes. Movement is transmitted via the roller chain links.

IDLE TAPERED ROLLERS

Use:
for transportation in gravitational curves where a reduced radius of curvature is required.

Characteristics:
steel rollers with tapered tube, assembled on rigid radial single ball bearings. Lubricated and equipped with protections. The standard tube is black, zinc plated on request, and the shaft is, always on request, with tapered holes.
Various ball bearings can be supplied in many combinations of shaft/tube to increase capacity and optimise chain driven movements
