DUAL AT 20° – LM SERIES
Use:
for conveyor belts, operating in varied environmental conditions, with medium loads and speeds.
Characteristics:
steel rollers assembled on ball bearings 6202 2RS, 13 hole. The roller shaft forming the dual is a single piece welded to the central support, consisting of a single swaged element to give maximum rigidity. The minimum distance, existing between the rollers and the characteristic form of the support, permit the utilisation of extra-flexible belts, thus eliminating possible wear and tear of same as a result of friction. The superior ends of the dual are equipped with hermetic protections that permit lubricating oil, applied in assembly phase, to maintain roller performance over long periods of time, at temperatures between -20° and +90°C. Characteristics:
of analogous construction to the dual of the medium series, the sole difference is the utilisation of radial single ball bearings, 6202 2RS. Ø 15 Shaft.
