Use:
for gravity conveyors, conveyor belts (flat, triad at 20°-30°-45°), operating even in inclement environmental conditions, for high speed heavy loads.
Characteristics:
steel rollers, assembled on rigid radial single ball bearings 6204 2RS. For protecting the rolling parts, a double labyrinth is usually utilised complete with a lip packing seal. The positions of the rolling parts are welded to the tube. Available in two versions: permanent lubrication and to be lubricated. It is possible to supply the version with spiral welded to the tube up to and including a diameter of 102.
